Anna was invited to perform with Tango Orchestra de Buenos Aires at the 9th Tango Festival in Buenos Aires.
Performed at the CD release concert at Torquato Tasso in Buenos Aires. Anna was interviewed by many media and received great acclaim from Tango experts and critics. Anna's fluency in Spanish was highly praised and her music was acclaimed as it brought fresh air to music of Tango.
Performed at the memorial concert for the lyricist, Homero Manzi, at Teatro Empire, Buenos Aires .
Performed at the San Luis Tango Festival, Argentina.
An encounter with Mercedes Sosa, the mother of folklore genre.
Performed at the regular concert on Wednesdays (In Memory of Aníbal Troilo) with Juan de Dios Filiberto National Orchestra of Argentine Music in Buenos Aires.

Recorded in New York, "Donde estas Corazon" was featured in the film, "Lust, Caution" by the Academy Award winning director Ang Lee. "Lust, Caution" won the Golden Lion Award at the Venice International Film Festival.

Performed a concert tour "Anna Saeki 20th Anniversary Concert - Anata to Tomomi -" in 7 cities in Japan (total of 12 performances in Tokyo, Osaka, Yokohama, Nagoya, Hiroshima, Fukuoka and Sapporo). Received interviews from the media and appeared on TV and radio programs during the tour.
Anna was nominated by the Asahikawa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Asahikawa Tourist and Convention Association of her hometown, Asahikawa, and received "Kankou Kenko sho". Anna was also appointed as "Asahikawa Kankou Taishi (Asahikawa Sightseeing Ambassador)" (-Present)

After releasing an album, Negau (Hope), Anna's TV documentary "A gift from the singer in the land of the cherry blossoms", was broadcast by HTV in Vietnam.
Anna recorded her 20th Anniversary albums "Concierto de ANNA Clasica and Moderna" in Buenos Aires, working with prominent people in the Tango world: Leopoldo Federico, Horacio Ferrer, Raul Garello and Nicolas Ledesma.
Anna, with her wish to heal others with her music, obtained Home Helper Level 2 license in Japan.
Performed a mini live concert at "Kandayama Yasuragi-en," (a nursing home for atomic bomb survivors in Hiroshima).

Received an invitation to perform at the Asian Festival 2005 in Berlin as a representative of Japan.

Performed "X'mas Tango Dinner Show 2005" at venues in Seoul (Korea), Tokyo (the Prince Park Tower Tokyo, Prince Hotel), Yokohama, Nagoya, and Hiroshima.
After releasing her album, "Omoi (Wish), Anna released her new album “Negau (Hope) ”. "Negau (Hope)" was recorded with three different bands from New York and Berlin, and it is a second series of collection of Asian songs, which were uniquely arranged in Tango style. It also included Anna's own compositions.
Anna was selected as one of the "100 Most Respected Japanese People in the World" by Newsweek Japan (10/26/2005 edition).

Concert tour "Tango Concert Tour 2003 -Omoi-" in Japan (Bunkamura Orchard Hall and others)
Performed concerts at Blue Note in New York, Hawaii and Paris. Western reporters admired her beautiful sound of Japanese language.
Released her new album "Omoi" (Wish). It is a collection of world famous folk songs and children’s songs, which were uniquely arranged in Tango style. These music compositions received high commendation.

Went to New York and released the single and album of the latest salsa sound “Besame Mucho,” (used as a song for a TV commercial of Suntory XO), produced by Sergio George, a salsa maestro. This sparked an explosion of interest in Latin music in Japan.

Anna Saeki joined the band, Orquesta del Sol, as a lead salsa vocalist.
Released a single album "Shiawase ni Narukara" which was chosen as the theme song of the drama "Otokono Erabikata (How to choose a man)"

Anna Saeki performed in the Tango '90 tour with José Colángelo Y Su Orchestra in Japan.

Anna Saeki performed in the Tango '89 tour with Sexteto Tango in Japan (more than 40 locations nationwide).

Anna Saeki performed in the Tango '88 tour with Leopoldo Federico Orchestra in Japan. After the tour, she recorded her second album, "Rhapsody in Rain" in the home of Tango, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and won critical acclaim in local media.
♦1987
Anna Saeki made her debut in 1987 as a Tango singer with her original album "Tango Primavera" after being crowned Miss Sapporo in 1984.
She attracted attention as a Tango singer with her new sensibility and quickly became a bright new star.
